Featuring Scramble for Sight

Scramble for Sight is held each year at Arrowhead Golf Course, 100 golfers come together to raise money and awareness to find cures for blindness. The event wraps up with a dinner that is attended by over 200 people. There are many clinical trials and even one known cure for a type of blindness caused by genetics. The Burt family is already planning the 2019 event, looking for donations, auction items and a co-chair for the event. Our Castle Pines Village Toys for Tots Drive in 2017 was such a success we have decided to keep the tradition! Toys for Tots is a Marine Corps Reserve program that has successfully been collecting toys for disadvantaged children for 70 years. We are excited to partner with the Denver hub again to gift our community with a special Christmas. Rotary Club Castle Pines

Featuring Rotary Club Castle Pines

The Rotary Club Castle Pines comes together with a main focus of supporting Veterans and Youth in the area. One of its greatest contributions is the work done alongside the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department, Y.E.S.S (Youth Education & Safety in Schools). Louie Raises Money by Playing 100 Holes in One Day!

Louie joined a group to complete a marathon golfing event, 100 holes in just one day! Leading up to the event Louie helped raised money, and overall the team raised $35,000 to go towards keeping the program competitive and thriving. Pink Lightning

Featuring Pink Lightning

Bryan Warnecke has shown incredible resilience and fight. Born with Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic lung disease, Bryan has chosen to live life the the fullest not allowing the disease to limit his life. Known as “Pink Lightning” as a hockey goalie, the Warnecke family created the Pink Lightning Tour and founded a foundation in the same name. Castle Rock Senior Activity Center

Featuring the Castle Rock Senior Activity Center

With a membership of over 1,050 residents, the Castle Rock Senior Activity Center allows those in our community to live life to the fullest in the 2nd half! Activities have included the Rockies Game, Garden of the Gods Tour, Zip Lining and more. Groundwire

A volunteer and faith based organization, Groundwire uses media outlets to reach youth and young adults in crisis. Coldwell Banker Denver Century Ride

Featuring the Coldwell Banker Denver Century Ride

With routes varying in length (100 miles, 80 miles, 50 miles and 25 miles) bikers can enjoy Denver’s iconic places and many views. Prader-Willi Syndrome Association Colorado was created to bring awareness and raise funds for this common genetic cause of life threatening childhood obesity. Rocky Mountain Dawgs Project

Featuring Rocky Mountain Dawgs Project

U.S. Marine Corporal David Sonka lost his life serving in Afghanistan in 2013. Kevin, his father, made it a mission to do something to honor his son’s service and life as well as his love for his war dog, Flex. The Rocky Mountain Dawgs Project travels across country providing BBQ dinners for military dog handlers and their family while also raising money to train and assign service dogs to those suffering from PTSD.
